We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Program Associate (Technical Outreach) to join our A2K team. The Program Associate will play a pivotal role in facilitating technical engagement, providing support, and advancing technological initiatives within the Wikimedia community.
Key Responsibilities

Capacity Building
 Conduct events to improve the basic technical understanding of Wikimedians and work towards improving the collaboration of Wikimedians contributing to tech and communities working on content. Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions focused on technical skills, tools, and best practices. Support the technical skill development of community members, especially those from diverse backgrounds.

Community Engagement
Engage with Wikimedians and community members to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Facilitate discussions and initiatives that improve technical collaboration and efficiency. Identify and promote the use of relevant tools, software, and technologies that enhance Wikimedia contributions….
